  Now,, that's something you would hear most people say with very well minded intentions. All the time.

  But hearing that from a JW would be out there like Pluto. Gone.

  with what is arguably the biggest change to jw life in recent decades (the scrapping of publishers counting hours) what does this lead to?.

  in my mind these are the results;.

  1) a massive decrease in 'preaching hours'.

  i spotted 2 of the nicer elders in the congregation walking up the drive.

  i didn’t answer the door.

  It has been commented several times over the years and YES,, agreed upon that ""apathy" is what is working against the most.

  Apathy is whats doing a number on the Borg.
